Hi, Fellas! How are you? Thank you for saying that I am still faithful in reading this blog. As usual, I will share my experiences while at the Poltekpar campus kitchen. So on Wednesday, February 26, 2020, I came to campus at 6:30, then reread the lesson I had learned last night, then waited for a review from the 4th semester senior. I was asked about the terminology of custard tart and also sugar dough. After finishing the review, we can be directed to go into the kitchen, we then mice en place and oneline for morning breafing to discuss about what my classmates and I will do today.
