As usual, I will share my experiences while at the Poltekpar campus kitchen.
So on Wednesday, February 26, 2020, I came to campus at 6:30, then reread the lesson I had learned last night, then waited for a review from the 4th semester senior.
I was asked about the terminology of custard tart and also sugar dough.
After finishing the review, we can be directed to go into the kitchen, we then mice en place and oneline for morning breafing to discuss about what my classmates and I will do today.
Our menu is the same as yesterday ... but it just needs to be heated or finished.
and my job yesterday was to make custard tart, so it was only taken in the chiller to be stored from yesterday so that the food can last a long time

We are taught about menus.

While resting to wait for an open restaurant, I helped my friend make french bread.
