Hello, fellas!  We meet again on this blog ... Let's follow everyday in the kitchen poltekpar :)

 On Wednesday 12 February 2020, I and my friends did a brafing which was led by the 6th semester to prepare for entering the kitchen.

 After that, we do the mice en place tool and person.

 well as usual, we returned breafing to make dishes that had been prepared from yesterday

 And we were directed to make soup, which is minestron soup.

 Minestrone is a thick soup from Italy.  This soup comes from the word "minestra", a term used to refer to thick soup. Generally, minestrone is cooked from tomato sauce which is filled with pods, onions, celery, chopped tomatoes and carrots, then added pasta.

 our group divides the part into 2, there are those who continue to prepare tomorrow, some who continue the work of making soup.

 starting from vegetable blanch, boil pasta, making soup, seasoning, and also serving it in a cup.

 When our friends from the restaurant gave the soup cup, there was a bit of debate, because they forgot to give the saucer or pengalas in the soup cup, so the atmosphere was tense.

 After that, I was given a meal coupon and was able to enter to enjoy restaurant services while studying, and also to enjoy food that we made in the kitchen including food made by other groups, namely:

 After everything is finished, we do general cleaning to clean drainage, work tables, wash stove and also wipe the exhaust.

 For steward or washing dishes, executed by the group in charge.

 After that, we are ready to wait for breafing to go home.

 When Mr. Ichal came and saw the condition of the kitchen and the kitchen area was very dirty.

 We are directed to clean the kitchen area while semester 4 is directed to clean on the inside (kitchen).

 We are directed to clean toilets, warehouses, sewers, ablution places, bird cage floors and also the outer floor and halman, be it grass, wild plants, watering planted plants and also sweeping the yard.

 After that, I waited for my male friends to study, after they went to study, I was allowed to be a mason.
