Assalamu'alaikum Warahmatullahi Wabarakatuh ... Shalom Aleichem ... Om Swastyastu ... Namo Buddhaya ... Wei De Dong Tian.

Hi, Fellas!
How are you? May we always be in His protection🙏. Today, as usual, I will share a few stories for my daily life while in the campus kitchen.
previously I wanted to re-introduce and emphasize about my campus, namely Makassar Poltekpar.
Makassar Poltekpar is one of the main state tourism campuses in Indonesia under the auspices of the Indonesian Ministry of Tourism.
So don't be surprised if our lecture system is like someone who works in hospitality tourism ...
Wow, that's how it is. wwkwkwk
ok, back to the laptop, yeah :))
On January 29, 2020 (at 6:30 a.m.), I was ready to rush to campus to carry out my responsibilities as a student in the Poltekpar Culinary Study Program.
In accordance with the schedule, we are directed to come to campus before 7 o'clock, to prepare breakfast tomorrow .. So, when D-day, we will not be left out to provide food,
and also while understanding and applying the hotel kitchen structure procedures when preparing for the event the day before.
When we arrived at the campus kitchen, we breafed at 7 in the morning to prepare everything before entering the kitchen ... Do not forget we keep grooming to look cool, and also apply sanitation and hygiene such as checking nails and also using hats.
It so happened that our incharge was a senior from 6th semester .. he was the one who directed us to do activities for 1 day.
We were divided into 2 areas, 1 to prepare breakfast maincourse and 1 more to make croissants, by chance I got an area to make croissants. Ohiyaaa .....
CROISSANT is French fries made from the same ingredients as bread, but has fat from butter used when making it. This butter is what makes croissants have many layers. the authentic way takes up to 3 or more days to make it.

Ohiyaa, this is my first time making croiissants. The proof time that should have been overnight was shortened to 30 minutes ... well, never mind, the important point of making it was understandable ... And it turns out to make Croissants, it's not as easy as I thought.
Requires dexterity and also careful in making it.
The dough must always have a temperature below room temperature, so that the butter coated in the dough is not destroyed. After going through many processes, Croissants are ripe.
ohiyaaaa, in the roasting process, the first 20 minutes, croissants should not be peeked or opened the oven, so that hot air in the oven can maximize the process of developing a consistent croissant.
After the croissant is finished, I go to the cold kitchen to help my friends prepare breakfast tomorrow, and also make a dish for the tester to Boss Genk.
namely vermicelli, fried rice, and chicken porridge.

After that, we ISHOMA 12.30-14.00, then practice egg dish.
After all is done, we general cleaning, and waiting for the next direction. At 15.00, we men are welcome to go home, change clothes and study.
and non-Muslim men are also welcome to go home.
thanks hhhhh. this is my story :) yey
