       I been made one blog about indonesian version... 
and now, what I told in the Indonesian version, is almost the same what i wanna tell in here😂😂, the only difference is language and a little bit style🤭🤭...
Yahhhh, to be honest, I'm not very fluent in English 🙈
       On january/27/2020, that is first day for me to entree in the kitchen of Tourism polytechnic of makassar, after finish holiday wuahahahahahah🤣.. OUCH! MY HOLIDAY have beennn FINISHHHH.. OH MY GODNESSSSSSSSS😶.
       The first impression i got when i entree in kitchen is very very happy, cause yahhhh.. i miss it🤪
When that, we were derected for make preparation for tomorrow is american breakfast..
Like : 
1.English muffin
2.Muffin 
3.Hard roll
4.Soft roll
5.Twist bread
*American Breakfast is a breakfast consisting of Fresh Juice / Fruit, Bread or Pastry with preserved, Cereals, Eggs Dishes or hot meat, and Hot Beverage.

       I make Twist bread with my friend from grup 1 (Zul Asaad).
Yahhh, before we finish it, we have been did human error😭, we forgot if we have been baking the bread😂. But when our boss Genk (MR. ICHAL) know, we derected to making again for change the broken bread (Thankyou, Sir🥺🥺).
Welllllll, This our burnt bread😶

And this after finish re make the Twist bread.

Oh Yahhh, this our cake from our praktik on january 27 2020🙂.



       Ohiyeahh, after finish made, we did general cleaning, like washing tools, cutteleries, equipment and many more again.
And waiting to breafing from the lecture to give permision to go home.

Hi, Fellas!  How are you?  Thank you for saying that I am still faithful in reading this blog.  As usual, I will share my experiences while at the Poltekpar campus kitchen.  So on Wednesday, February 26, 2020, I came to campus at 6:30, then reread the lesson I had learned last night, then waited for a review from the 4th semester senior.  I was asked about the terminology of custard tart and also sugar dough.  After finishing the review, we can be directed to go into the kitchen, we then mice en place and oneline for morning breafing to discuss about what my classmates and I will do today.  Our menu is the same as yesterday ... but it just needs to be heated or finished.  and my job yesterday was to make custard tart, so it was only taken in the chiller to be stored from yesterday so that the food can last a long time  After taking the dessert, we were directed to breafing in Mr. Ical.  We are taught about menus.  We are also taught...
